Re: What did you do today?

Took the T2 out for a run before the tourists clog up the roads and caught up with one of these, honestly! No burning smells or flames either.

Those exhausts are a bit excessive for a 1.3 litre engine, a slight case of style* over substance:

Re: You park like a cunt!

Re: MGB GT fettling

For various, mainly historical, reasons we have a few of them around here, usually wearing a well worn, well patched old jacket. You normally see them in a knackered Aldi A6 estate and then very occasionally in a mint DB5 or Healey 3000. (Just to try and preempt Eddie, Paul et.al. not Roomsters, T2s...

Re: MGB GT fettling

Not much to report. The MG is still at the garage as far as I know. The 350Z has just been pressed back into service and it turns out the Terios has AC and the old man reports it works really well too! 20230509_091154.jpg20230511_110350.jpg Meanwhile the 405 is still doing its job as a small van/sk...

Re: Afternoon all

No idea. I never read that bit, in fact I don't read much of the magazine as it's so repetitive. Just looking at the photos in the local club report section puts me off, they all look like the members of our village bowls club, who I avoid like the plague. Groucho Marxs advice has always stood me in...

Re: Afternoon all

I used to go for the day to get parts although once carrying a complete door about 1/2 mile in the blazing heat was a bit of a pain. Once my restoration had finished, about 10 years ago, I stopped, especially as the US guy selling hody panels had given up, along with a load of other regulars, and th...
