Sat and looked at the (lack off) space in front of the garage and thought, "yep, I bought a Matiz yesterday that appears* to have no o/s/r brakes". Oops were you aware of the braking situation before attempting to stop? Stopped OK on test drive, just handbrake didn't engage " spring ...

My Holbay Rapier did the same, would tick over OK but died in similar circumstances. Annoyingly my GLS Hunter (same engine and box) didn't. I just put it down to having annoyed the gods of petrol power on one two many occasions. Just get used to heeling and toeing, you'll be grateful in future years...

So, after much trying, and apparent rejection by the computer systems that run the universe, the very nice
Warren t claim has sorted my problems. A massive thanks to him and Hooli.
