If anyone does ride a moped on those rights without L-plates. If they then take their CBT to ride a 125 do they have to start displaying the L-pates on the 50cc too? I don't think so. Unless they made a new rule recently. Old mopeds are UK national cat 'p' 30mph which is different to EU-wide cat 'AM', which is 45km/h and other jazz.
