I later worked for a BL distributor, in the warranty dept, so got to see and sometimes drive new faulty ones.
I owned this in the late 1980s, it was dreadful.

I like that Rover, but a quick DVLA check shows that the V8 conversion is not declared, would that affect the MOT exemption? Wonder if the brakes and suspension have been uprated, also is that the clutch pedal still fitted?
