Re: Stupid questions about motorised conveyances
Is it that engine torque stay at the back of the cylinder head? This broke on my Minor causing a horrid intermittant rattle. Pinking / distributor advance problem? Doesn't sound like pinking but easy to retard it a bit and see. I haven't touched the engine, it just went fine until I explored the up...

Re: Cars For Sale on the Roadside (not eBay)
Kind of what I am thinking around the 7k mark. She has had some guy's from the club have a look but I suspect it was a very poor offer they made as she was not impressed with them. Re: MGB GT fettling
Afore I came out this weekend I noticed the Worcester B had a slight dribble at the pump. I Minored over to the Beehive and got a new pump for £26. It looked like it had been cast in someone's kitchen by a child wearing flip flops, much heavier than it need be. I knew something would be wrong and su...

To give maximum offence park the bastard right across the pavement why don't you. IMG_20230617_121132404.jpg Classic 'just can't be arsed' parking here. Only unl...

Re: ?
4 speed box with only 3 working How did that work? They didn't put all the cogs in that were originally designed in? I guess they left out the non synchro 1st on the main shaft, wouldn't be worth doing a special layshaft so the corresponding teeth would still be there doing nothing. I think the ear...
