Whatever you buy, we'll all disagree on it

It has to be a Honda VFR, otherwise I would disagree.

Re: Two wheels good.

When I sold my 600 divvie it conked out in the next village about five minutes later. The new owner phoned me and I went down there, it would fire but not rev, I realised it had sat outside and there was a massive storm a couple of days previously. I nipped back home, got some WD40 and sprayed it do...

Re: Two wheels good.

The old Honda CB400N Super Dream was actually a very good machine, a whole lot better than its CB250N sibling.
Unfortunately, tarred with the same brush.

Re: Two wheels good.

My bike parts arrived at 12:00, Royal Mail 48hr service, posted on monday. Chucked the new master cylinder on, bled it and filled it up, connected reservoir and filled that up. Bit of bleeding and I now have a rear brake. The only fly in the ointment was me dropping a bolt down the exhaust pipe, bec...

Re: Two wheels good.

I used to do my own, whittle a broomstick down and ram it in there.

Tell your lass friend to bring her broomstick.

My eBay bits are finally in transit.

Re: Two wheels good.

They were posted four days ago, at the earliest opportunity, twenty minutes after the post office opened.
Tracker is saying they are still not in transit.

At least I don't need new forks, judging by your wait.

Re: Two wheels good.

I used to always fit my own tyres, I don't bother now. Anyway, my brake parts were posted on Monday at 09:30 and are not even in transit yet. Really, really pissed off, I go away Monday for a week, which means the window for getting bike fixed and taken for a retest so I don't have to pay again is t...
