ZV7200 - ZV17200 is the Co Dublin allocation. ZV10001 was issued around 5/12/2011 when the Irish Revenvue updated their computers (they skipped a few as they were up to around 9900 the day before). Given that ZV12316 is the most recent issue, 11615 would have been issued in the last few years.

You can buy a new lining for Arai or Shoei, it always used to be you either had a head that fitted one or the other, very few people were comfortable in both. I've got an Arai head. I thought that too originally but I was corrected by a few folk that it's what the vehicle weighs not what it can tow. It's so convoluted today. The laws are changing soon enough so what's the issue now. No, it's definitely plated weight FOR LICENCE. The tube in the tweet didn't have BE entitlement...
