The stainless steel exhaust system on my Rover 600 was took back once to the manufacturer's have it refettled to stop the boom and drone. In the end, I removed all the boot trim and the rear seat and sound-proofed over the run of the system. It was fine after that.

Work done to this so far: Starter Battery MOT Brakes stripped, cleaned and rebuilt. New rear pads Brake fluid flushed. 4 new tyres 4 refurbished wheels 4 new centre caps. Central locking fixed* Replaced 3 pointed star thing on the bonnet. I was going to take this to work tomorrow, but its snowed. So...
