Re: Wobland Spottage
The AC unit was extremely long in the tooth by the time the Ace came out, hence the almost immediate provision of the more powerful Bristol engine. However, when these were being phased out by Bristol in favour of the Chrysler V8s, Ken Rudd proposed substitution of the Zephyr unit, and race-develope...

Yes Ace. However that one, as most were, is a 2 Litre. Some had AC's own 2 litre 6, others were fitted with the Bristol engine. Those with 2.6 Ford Zephyr units had a different grille opening more like the Cobra. Don't know if overdrive was standard, probably optional but certainly available.

What you need for the Dodge kitchen is a pull-out wooden box...say 7ft long by 2ft square. Maybe with a couple of handles each side and a lift up lid....

Re: I know Liz Truss won't scrap motorway speed limits, but if she did...
100-120 is "clear road" speed. Aye, and not something I would be happy to share the roads with if it was dialled into a hundred cruise controls. All it will do is create a much higher travel speed for those not happy to sit in the flow. This ain't Germany and most people aren't Germans - ...
