Tell me more about this decarbonising kit. My Disco is up to 168,500 miles now and a bit smoky.

A few of the lads have used it now and generally results are positive.

Re: What did you do today?
The joys of Defender ownership are never ending. Work has invested in a Sealey de-carbonising machine. My boss used it on his high miles much abused Fiesta and said it made a big difference to fuel consumption and performance. I used it on my Defender and whilst it was performing its magic I noticed...

Re: What did you do today?
I had the opportunity to use one of those decarboniser machines on my Defender Td5 at the weekend. The results were quite promising as it runs a lot smoother and quieter however I discovered that there's a fuel leak at the pressure regulator. Given my previous experience of cheap Land Rover parts lo...

After waiting the best part of 3 months I have finally taken ownership of my new scooter. It's a blast to ride, loving it.

Re: What's the most trivial reason you've scrapped a car for?
I scrapped a rotten Mk1 Combo a few years back. The first yard I drove in to, some Eastern European bloke ran over shouting they only paid £70 per ton so I drove out and went to the adjacent yard and got £230 for it.

I have sold my Vespa PX200. I never got on with it, just wasn't the same as my Lambrettas. I am buying a brand new Royal Alloy GP300S but due to the semi-conductor shortage it looks like I have got a bit of a wait, maybe until September.
