Was the arch that bad you had to fit the full thing? We normally used to trim them down It was easier to weld a new inner arch with the outer one cut all the way out, I think the other rear arch won't need the inner replacing so perhaps a closer cut will be required. Since the blue Chevette failed its mot I bought 2 more since, a gold automatic that I've been running around in occasionally and another gold manual I bought for the front panel and to break for spares, I've so a fair few bits that I chopped out and have kept some spares for myself.
