Nope, old 45's play just fine on this too. 20240401_201420.jpg But, you know me. I had forgotten to test one part of this when I fixed it years ago. So, out came the squiggly-amps and they were wired into the back of the machine and... 20240401_201543.jpg ...presto! One little red light illuminated....

The cartridge on this one takes a stylus fitting that's increasingly hard to find these days, which is a shame because it's not a bad one and someone shelled out for a microlinear needle. New one is coming with a regular elliptical but I can at least get shibata needles for it which will work proper...
