That air filter is fine and look dirty way before they restrict. But I'd probably chuck a new one at it as cheap enough.
I only buy plugs from motor factors so I'd hope they are proper.

Re: Onslow's new motor.

Plugs could well be the originals but I wouldn't have thought that was the case at nearly 120k. 30 fucking quid just for plugs though. To clarify regards coil pack, no eml on but if it's anything like the focus that didn't even throw eml on when it had a blatant misfire and when the mad was unplugge...

Re: Onslow's new motor.

The plugs should have a fine needle tip which the obviously haven't and the air filter is going to be choking the car.

Re: Land Rover Name Killed Off By JLR

I don’t think this is a big deal , over the years we’ve had a few Land Rover products ; Series’, Discoverys, Range Rovers, Defenders and Freelanders. The only ones that ever get referred to as Land Rovers are PROPER Land Rovers. “ Let’s take the Freelander” “ You need to move the Disco to get the L...

Providing a car does what I need it to do I'm happy. Anything more is a bonus. For example the Mondeo has a towbar and a good towing capacity which is an added bonus to it being comfortable.

Re: Land Rover Name Killed Off By JLR

To be fair I've never bothered what a car looks like externally. I'm more into making sure the car is comfy and enough space for me,family etc which is why I like xsara Picasso's!
