There's an oil measure incorporated into the filler cap, so it's easy to get the mix right. If it's anything like the cap on Bantams, the measure is well out for modern two smoke oils. You'll be better off doing it by known amounts & working out how much of a capful to use. Should need less mod...

I never managed to derestrict mine it was always painfully slow, no washer in the exhaust or exhaust port.
