BRAN FYND 20220129_212234.jpg Another Acclaim wing, the NS one on my car is a patchwork quilt. The OS cost me £40 from Rimmers a couple of years ago, this one was £80. Now NOS panels are getting scarce and more cars are being restored bits are getting pricey. There are a couple of cars that were wor...

Took this a spin around a car park. Nice old barge.
Needs the brakes going over, tyres and some carb seals and it'll be ready for summer motoring.

Lack of arsedness...Scruffy Bodger wrote: ↑Wed Jan 12, 2022 3:18 pm Any reason you can't just drill a couple more holes in the floor in strategic places to solve that?

Re: What did you do today?
The issue I find with factory drainage holes is they count on you having the car parked on fairly level ground. The Dolly fills the wrong bit of the footwells up, I haven't even managed to liberate the bungs in the Volvo's floor as they're undersealed in, although the rust holes do the same job...

Everything I own currently lives outside and leaks like fuck. The Volvo completely fills it's passenger side footwell with water and turns completely white inside from condensation. The Acclaim fills it's boot and dribbles into the area behind the rear seat, I have to wipe down the rear window on th...
