If that lot get dumped on the auction market I assume used values will go down significantly, especially as few people really want them in the first place.

When did they stop allowing those things round the pitch at football matches? That's my only memory of seeing them on TV when exposed to football whilst waiting for Motorsport or wrestling to come on world of sport or whatever the ITV/BBC equivalent was
