Interesting comments on the council Facebook page after this announcement. 140% increase in cost.

According to some this makes it more expensive than diesel and the silly buggers who live in flats and can't charge at home and still bought an EV are not happy.

I should have read this first The LT77 gearbox is generally tough and lasts well, while the clutch should do the same. If the car needs a new clutch, it’s an expensive job, as the engine has to come out to do this properly. The clutch’s master cylinder is a weak spot, but a new one is about £75, so ...

Sorted out and cleaned up some of the tools I bought at auction yesterday.

Nice collection of Britool sockets in whitworth, AF and metric and some lovely Britool swan neck ringers.

In one box was this old GPO whistle
