Re: Cars For Sale on the Roadside (not eBay)

Not just on roadside but internet adverts too. Even worse are no prices but then saying "stupid offers will be ignored". With no idea of expected value, any offer could potentially be a stupid offer in their eyes.

Re: 1979 Trouble Spitfire

This one really isn't too bad. Helps that the last owner sorted most of the bodges. He's used to Series Land Rovers and they're even more prone to being bodged. Tbh all classics at the end of the market are being prone to bodges. You only have to look at somewhere like the Morris Minor Facebook page...

Re: 1979 Trouble Spitfire

So the car show! There was a good selection of everything and a few odd balls thrown into the mix. Its always nice to see old Renaults and such in attendance at a British village car show - I do quite fancy a Renault 4 one day.  https://autoshite.com/uploads/monthly_2023_05/956576966_2023-05-2913_11...

Even though she is not a show off or vain in any way, I reckon if a car garners positive attention then she quite li...

Re: 1979 Trouble Spitfire

I've been continuing with ripping as much of the aftermarket wiring out of this as I could. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20230529/fcebdeec6219a258be6f5bd0ac7c500d.jpg I've removed the thermostat switch completely now. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20230529/bd1ce843e830cd0e85f07c6148e71cf4.jpg...
