Re: 1968 MG Midget
I think I'm not going to keep the rear original. Mine should have the rear reversing lights but I think they look so much better and cleaner without those pair of generic Lucas lumps on the back. Re: 1968 MG Midget
I'm still debating in my head on what colour to go for. The biggest factor is that I bought it this colour and because it is this colour that makes it a nice little story attached to it. Something that should help its sale if I do decide to sell as it's a cool reference to have. PXL_20211208_1047123...

Re: Cars you always wanted, then didn't...
In answer to the original question ... pretty much every car I have owned for less than a year is probably the best answer I can give.
From Rover P4 to a RenaultSport Clio 172. There has been all sorts.

Re: Cars you always wanted, then didn't...
Pre 2005 Porsches focused on the drivetrain and suspension. It was the 996/Boxster/Cayman generation that really saved the company and pumped a whole lot of cash in that allowed the interiors to go far more modern. I actually like the fact my Boxster interior is pretty flimsy and old fashioned looki...

Re: 1968 MG Midget
An evening job again due to enjoying the warm weather today and DIY duty in the afternoon. Finished this side and ground back https://autoshite.com/uploads/monthly_2023_10/PXL_20231014_211543340.thumb.jpg.568aedefc9701120d0390c1b40c00568.jpg Did this side too. This was a pain. The angle on the bott...

Here is your chance Panhard65 to own one perhaps? Screenshot_20231013-151923.png Looking a bit closer... FB_IMG_1697206817807.jpg Same FB group as your P5. That chap is thinking of selling some of his excess stuff, so may sell. Personally I think it would be great to put a Hayabusa lump in one.
