No way my mates and I would've been dead on a restricted 50 back in 1986. No way would we back in 2003. If anyone does ride a moped on those rights without L-plates. If they then take their CBT to ride a 125 do they have to start displaying the L-pates on the 50cc too? I've never CBT'd a punter so he can ride a 50 in a car licence. Maybe he had a 125 for 2 years then didn't bother and went to a 50. W...
