No, small practical fins are fine. My late mother's first car was a Triumph Herald. She said you could see all the corners of the car from the driving seat because small fins. She was always* right.

Yes John, you are very wrong, it only applies to the larger variety. Restrained, modest and small European fins are excluded. Anything excessively huge is just decadent peacocking bilge.

Indeed it would, but then cars that spectacularly fail their test don't get presented for test on my watch - I don't need spoon-fed a list of things I need to do to pass. ;)
