Re: The Astraslag TDW Slut Car Thread

If I'd have gone to ford for the parts I wouldn't have had much change from a grand. The camber bolts were ford only though and were 30 quid for 2. The rear shocks have been changed 3 times since last April and third set are leaking. Dodgy batch maybe but my friend currently in emails with manufactu...

Re: The Astraslag TDW Slut Car Thread

Yes exactly. My cars want for nothing. Any noises or rattles and it's straight to Dave's and on the Ramps. Parts ordered within a few days and car sorted within a week usually. Unless it's major or dangerous them the car comes off the road. Focus for example had sagging shocks due to age so I replac...

Re: The Astraslag TDW Slut Car Thread

Re: The Astraslag TDW Slut Car Thread

To be honest no. I've done over 1000 miles since it's mot. Had an oil change, filter and plugs a week after it's ticket and I've not had to top it up since. I do check it every few days. Same as wheel nuts ,check them every few days and still tight.

Re: Stellantis. Is it the 21st century global British Leyland?

I get confused between astras and Corsas these days. I'm pretty sure a new Corsa is as big externally as my astra. The new focus is as big as an older Mondeo and the new fiesta is pretty much on par with a MK1 focus. I was following a new car last night and I was sure it was a fiesta in how it was s...

No. And I'm pissed with the snarky comments from everyone. It's getting a bit tiresome now.
