Re: Two wheels good.

I've never actually hit the tarmac, but went head on with a Polo coupe near the Nurburgring on my ZZR1100, and got thumped hard, side on by an mid overturn LWB Renault Master on the Autobahn, at about 80mph. Bent my foot and the gearlever right under the engine and van ended up sliding along on its ...

Re: Two wheels good.

I took the bike out for a ride this morning, just because I could, pissing with rain, windy as fuck and I had a great time. Obviously it would be nicerer in the summer, but at least the roads were quiet. I keep reading on Facebook about people putting their machines away for the winter and I don't ...

Re: Car colour choices

Some car colour names are awesome. My faves are old Mopar colors from the 70s.

Go Mango
Plum crazy purple
Sassy grass green
Top banana
Green go
Panther Pink
Vitamin C
Tor Red
Lime light
Lemon twist
Citron yella

And a proper Ferrari should aways be .. Broon!

Re: Stupid questions about motorised conveyances

Is that a recent development, Barry? I have them on all my vehicles and have done for several years, the youngest one is at least five years old. Never had a failure.... Bollocks. I shouldn't have said that, should I? I just found on attending battery problems, a large majority seemed to be Yuasa.....
