Re: What did you do today?

Also found my Honda NC750 has the most useless hazard warning lights. What the point of them when they only work with the ignition on? Fucking hopeless- what the point of that? Anyone know if I can wire them up to continue flashing with the ignition off? Might be a case of RTFM? Screenshot_2023-08-...

Re: Monkey see, Monkey go - To Transylvania

Well today has been less successful. Tried to visit the Scarisoata show cave with a massive underground glacier, but after the 10 min walk uphill from parking into the woods, it's shut. No warning before or online so lots of tourists stood at a locked gate wondering why. Shame, I was looking forward...

Aye the EU. There's Romanian flags up everywhere and often paired with the EUSSR stars, so they know where their bread is buttered.

Re: Monkey see, Monkey go - To Transylvania

That was a drain in a reservoir, I've seen similar in Derwent.

No videos as I don't have the kit. Yesterday's roads are the first ones I'd have wanted to film in years though.

I never did Latin, we weren't allowed as it'd be useful unless we did useless french too. I refused to learn french as I couldn't stand them then and still can't.

Re: Monkey see, Monkey go - To Transylvania

Photo dump of possibly the best roads I've ever ridden. The D764 was about an hour long where I stayed in third and the bike was never upright. Only the occasional hairpin made me change gear. It was absolute heaven and I was actually laughing as I rode because every time I left a great sequence on ...

Re: Looking at a car, insurance history question... Cat C

Depends what history is with it. If you're happy it was rebuilt right then as long as it's good value I'd go for it.
I'd assume as these run lawnmower engines then they'd rebuild the engine during any resto so probably reset the clock then?

Best thing to do for safeties sake is throw them off the ships before they even get here. EVs aren't the answer to anything, except how to make money from fools who believe the lies that they are green.
