Said forum member also had an argument with a belligerent MacDonalds manager and left hungry then was stopped by the bizzies a few miles from home.
At least their phone was charged though.

A bit of ingenuity goes a long way. Anything can be made to fit anything else if you have the knowhow.

Re: Crash! Bang! Wallop! - Eddie Honda Shirking His Duties Edition
How the hell did they come out of that alive? To be honest it's fucking impressive. It's a testament to the build quality of new motors and shows why they are so bloated. I doubt he'd be alive if it was an E30 for example. I wonder if he didn't have his belt on and was thrown clear? At speeds of th...

Re: Nissan Vannette/LDV Cub. Opinions?
Dmf is Duel mass flywhee. I'd be looking older vehicles ideally for the mileage you do. Depends how much room you need but I swear by the early Berlingo/ partner for being as good as a car as it is a small van. I've done 13500 miles in mine since October and it's let me down 3 times. Once when I fir...

Re: Nissan Vannette/LDV Cub. Opinions?
A mate had one for a few years. He loved it. 2.3d noisy as all hell and slow. He managed to get it showing an indicated 90 but suffered with tinnitus after for a few days. I drove it once and made my 1.8 endura diesel escort van seem fast. He also had the 8 seater nissan vannette with a 2.0 petrol l...

Re: What did you do today?
I would look carefully at the servo pipe work. I had a problem with one the other week that when the pipe was off it fell into a coolant drain tub and got a little water inside. That was enough to fuck up the one way valve. Blowing it through with compressed air really buggered it up so I had to ch...

Re: What did you do today?
Van update. Seems to be working. Bled system again using old fashioned way as well as an air bleed system. Loads of White floaty bits came out driver side rear, driver side front had a monumental air lock. Passenger side had a small amount of air. Taking master cylinder off had allowed air we thought...
