I can't contort myself under the dash to undo bolts for the servo. My friend helps me and does the heavier stuff underneath as I cannot get under or crawl on my back anymore.

Ordered a new cambelt kit, wheel bearing and rear brake shoes for the van. £240 quids worth of bits including the few quid I paid a garage to press out the old bearing and press in the new one on the front hub. Before ...

It's too old to be wanted but yes there is locks. A disc lock and a brake lever lock are two that I most use when out

Re: Two wheels good.

Hopefully Innova being collected on Saturday. First Decent run on the pantheon and by god it's comfortable. Limited to 62 apparently but will sit there at half throttle all day. Currently in Grantham off to a national trust property. Makes a change from the local lanes of Derbyshire. This scooter ca...

Re: Two wheels good.

Couldn't gel with the Innova. It's everything the cub should have been when they went 12v square headlight. Larger engine, better gearbox and conventional forks and brakes but it wasn't comfy for my crippled fat arse. It's now up for sale so if anyone is interested let me know. Delivery available too...

Re: Crash! Bang! Wallop! - Eddie Honda Shirking His Duties Edition

It's stupid how much a bare bones recovery weighs these days. You could build a lwb mk 3 transit recovery at under 1800kg quite easily at the time. I saw a 7.5t wagon with hiab for sale - weighs 5.4t unladen without driver and lunchbox... And that would still leave 1700kg to play with. A Volvo 240 ...
