Re: Crash! Bang! Wallop! - Eddie Honda Shirking His Duties Edition
I read some of the replies about that tractor and trailer and am constantly amazed at the stupidity of some of them. Some suggested it's a war on our poor hard working farmers and that the police should be catching criminals. Huh? It was the DVSA conducting safety checks but they didn't notice that ...

Nice selection of long roofs Mr animals. I owned a '58 Chevy wagon in its rare two door form, it was the base model Yeoman. I bought it in 1977 for 130 quid with its straight six motor and manual box sitting on the floor behind it. I sold those for 30 quid as I planned to put a V8 in it, the car was...

Nice shots which belie the bloody coldness that is blighting me at present....That GTE is a perfect slice of Seventies goodness with the original rims and Golde roof, love it! I know it isn't your bag but that W108/9 Mercedes behind the droopy hatch Vauxhall looks to be LWB, did it perchance run a ...

Last Sunday was the first classic vehicle morning meet at a local garden centre. As my Impala is AWOL and I have been too lazy to wake up my Anglia I went there in my trusty Focus. It's a very popular meet with quite a variety of vehicles in attendance, I didn't take loads of photos as I was busy ch...

Re: Heatwave 76 Gina I got a Cortina...................
Good to see this thread again, welcome back! Very solid floors which is kind of a nice surprise as they used to rust away especially if the windscreen leaked, my first car a 1962 Anglia back in 1972 had a hole in the floor on the passenger side where water had been coming in. I only found out when I...

Love it, it's been done really well in proper 70s style. I know because I was there.

Re: You park like a cunt!
In my younger more agile days I used to walk over cars that were blocking the pavement, I was quite good at that as I used to go to scrapyards in the days where you could get the parts required yourself even if they were on a car that was the third one atop two others.

Re: Wobland Spottage
I'm quite surprised by the amount of owners that, after the DVLA fucked up and sort of made them legal, rushed out and replaced their original reflective plates on their 1973-1980 classic vehicles with black and white plates in the mistaken belief that it somehow makes their vehicle cool. It does no...
