Oh I can normally do a loan car but it hasn't even made it home in 2 weeks as I use it for collections as well

Pretty much all garages are in the same boat, I am pretty much booked until september. There were quite a few packed it in when Covid hit as work dropped off a cliff especially for mot's. Now with all the EV shit and more and more people going the PCP route there are less people coming into the game...

Those switches are peanuts from rockauto. Not sure how good they are as I sold both cars before much use after fitting them.

I believe they were owned by a funeral director who kept all his older vehicles and when he passed away the company sold off the collection to a dealer. If you have the air con on it might cancel the stop start as it needs the engine running for the compressor. They may well of changed this though as they always have to "improve" things

Interesting I wonder if any survived. It looks a bit small for a double decker with bearer seats though. After a bit of googling it appears there are plenty of pictures of 1/43 scale models but none of a surviving slough built hearse. There only seems to be the pictures from the original adverts for...
