Re: Two wheels good.

There used to be quite a few road race sidecars fitted with Hillman Imp engines because they were easy to tune well and very compact.

I would think some survive in classic classes.

Re: Crash! Bang! Wallop! - Eddie Honda Shirking His Duties Edition

https://twitter.com/MerPolTraffic/status/1626625837670727693?s=20 I hope they don't leave it unattended and ticking over for more than five minutes like I did with the VFR800i belonging to the bike school. I returned to find it boiling over and pissing out coolant. Topping it back up with tap water...

Let's look at the clues. South East London. Yamaha MT. Rider fucks off. STOLEN.

I bet the police are looking into it.

Re: Vectra B Tourer.

...although the David Arnold'esque music in the launck advert made it seem quite the car to have.

My brand new one (on an N plate) was utter dog shit though.

Re: Vectra B Tourer.

We had several 2.5 Vectras on our fleet at work, including a couple of SRi"s. One had been "robbed" of its Irmscher rear box, as a standard exhaust had been fitted. No mention of it in the service book or receipts, so expect a co-workers 1.8 Club had a fancy exhaust fitted to it.

Re: Found pics

I got home from a 7900 mile trip across Europe. Saw one accident in France, a filtering scooter hit a car turning out of a car park. No one hurt, minor damage to the car. Did not see any broken down vehicles, although we kept off of motorways. Is Europe safer/have better drivers/have better cars tha...

Re: Two wheels good.

Just arrived back home after 30 days, 7,890 kms (4,902 miles), 12 countries and six minutes of riding in rain.

No more trips now until September. Mainly because I have tons of weeds to pull up from the garden.

Re: Two wheels good.

My test was the four block figure of eight with the examiner running between like Jerzy Woking’s. CBT? What’s that? No CBT for me, as took my test in 1976 in Colchester, and just rode round the block twice like you My advanced test was in 2000 and was six weeks long, taking place in North Wal...
