Cars the way we remember them.

Talk about your cars etc here. Keep it sort of sensible and on topic please.

Before then you could and it's now sub £2k bracket. However there is plenty of RWD stuff available for that.

Much more powerful and tbh much better cars.
Such as? (Not arguing that they're better, but that's thirty or so years development ) More a question of expectation. I might add the thread title is cars the way we remember them and I'm older than you, albeit not by a lot. Fucked late nineties garbage or cunted Audi landfill just doesn't count. Fuck TTs, they're just council estate drug dealer crap .
I think you can still buy a useful old Lexus for a grand and a half, IS200 or GS300. Unlike VAG rubbish, rusty Mercs and shagged oil pissing BMW’s they were made well enough in the first place.

Never been in one but I don't see the attraction of TT roadsters either.
As I suspected I was right about everything.

Isnt the TT just a Golf in frock anyway ?
The ability to drive about like an unsigned rapper or transporter of small bags and tiny wraps without having to admit thats what you really want to be doing....

You know, like getting caught banging your diminutive wife while she is dressed as a schoolboy and then carrying on with the pretence it was all part of a "comedy act" for thirty odd years.....

We can discount anything bought on the beige as a lot of stuff there is sold cheaper because the seller understandably wants to try and avoid the great unwashed.

A good way to get something for cheap is to focus on what didn't sell on ebay or has resurfaced a few days later with the same seller. They're probably pissed off with time wasters and want it gone (or the buyer realised it was fucked and walked away but its a gamble!)

The scum Audis are inevitably old black A3’s. TT’s have never struck me as being particularly council.

If that photo is the start of a sequential series of shots, kindly refrain from posting the others.....
