It reminds me a bit of a vehicle in one of the 60s kids programs set in the future, maybe the one with the Mysterons?

It's great innit? Love the Granny tail lights and two coffin handles on that pull out thing.....They go for this kind of conversion in Yewrup though - seen quite a few T4/T5 ones and Tourneos.
