Went to home bargains for this and some microfibre cloths.

The retired bricklayer is an old mod with the cherry doc shoes and what have you. He's well into Northern Soul and the like.
The crashbars, chrome racks, visor and exhaust cost more than what I paid for the bike. All genuine vespa and fitted from new.

Sold the Merc to Retroshite at the weekend. His pal came to collect it for him and ended up talking to him for ages as he has a Carlton DIESEL and a yard full of old LDVs!

I am now looking for another Saab for my wife. I discounted one from AS because its too rusty for the asking price if I am honest. There is one really nice facelift Aero going cheap but I think the guy wants to tidy it up himself for a profit whichnis fair enough. The third I might be going to see at the weekend but I'm not 100% on the seller. He has another car but can't tell me if the Saab will be at his girlfriends house or his place on Sunday when I want to come and see it. I have heard that one before but I'll see.

I half considered Dave Qs Audi Cabby but I think its a bit rough and the hood leaks.

At least the sale of the Merc was pain free as that would have been the hard part since I mostly hate the general public!
