My immediate thoughts were of those things when I saw the pic. All of the ice cream/hotdog vans I've seen have been built over the cab though, wonder if it might be one of those "gown van" conversions where full height was needed for clothing rails. Mini would have been an ideal base for delivery to those trendy little boutiques that tended to be down behind other shops....

Or it is indeed a mobile shitter....
There's a great long bar in Rock & Roll heaven.......

You are correct on both counts. Lister was powered by a seven litre V12 Jag engine. The track looks like Daytona in that there USA.
