we did yes. we came into town from Murton side and had a drive up along the seafront, though we didn't stop and get out for a proper look we did see it as we came by.

its a very moving and evocative memorial to the soldiers of the Great War.

we do have spare keys for the car. when i got it there was only the original, and very worn door and ignition keys with it. so i did like SiC says above by getting a blank cut to suit and another door key with the correct lock number on it. but we only got the one key for the lockup! and uess where ...
