Re: Sub Par Cars - Well, just the one
I saw that one on the beige. Wife only drives autos unfortunately. If she likes the American driving position have you seen this https://autoshite.com/topic/46683-placeholder-jeep-wj-grand-cherokee-4sail-lpgd-w-reg-%C2%A3750/ Thanks for the link. I did see it, but I absolutely detest those 'placeho...

Re: Sub Par Projects

Re: What did you do today?
I just fitted a new electronic load detector to my crv fusebox - at the kitchen table. It's great to have a spare fusebox. If that doesn't cure the engine light on the dash, then it's the fecking alternator. Not a job I relish.

Re: What are you driving at the moment ?
cr-v.jpg I'm still hooning about in this. Bought off of Wuvvum over on the beige about last October for Mrs Tetley, to replace her 1993 Pajero, but she didn't want it, so I kept it for myself. Had an EML come on recently. Found out it was the Electronic Load Detector in the underbonnet fuse box. I ...

That's nearly 4 gallons of water FFS  Where the fuck is all that getting in? If you leave the roof down permanently it'll probably evaporate out faster. I'd be drilling a bunch of holes in the floor like I did my kit car back in the day. [youtube]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Jv91IEuzQY[/...

Re: Shit cars, mostly broken
I'd press the reset button and clear the whole lot of 'em out, then get a couple of reliable cars without lpg. As for your HGV, I've always said that truck driving will never make you rich, but will always give you a living. I'd look for supermarket delivery work, not the dotcom stuff, but the bulk ...

I passed my RAF driving test in a Moggie traveller. Great little cars, I've always had an affection for them. Well bought chap.
